One conversation about the whole scope.

You should understand what is happening, what comes next and who to reach when you have a question. Tony’s career has included superintendent, project management and operations roles. That experience informs how he plans work, coordinates project needs and communicates with owners and project partners.

What we’ll talk through

  • Project scope and responsibilities
  • Trade and schedule coordination
  • Material decisions and project requirements
  • Communication about progress and changes

A clear plan. A considered finish.

The larger scope and the individual details belong in the same conversation. Share the spaces, features and finish work you want to bring together.

Before we talk about your scope

A few useful questions to consider. Bring what you know; we can talk through what you haven’t decided.

  • What work do you need completed or coordinated?
  • Are you the homeowner, developer or general contractor?
  • Are plans, specifications or other project documents available?
  • What responsibilities and timing should we discuss first?

Define the work and the responsibilities

Before a project moves forward, it helps to know what is included, which decisions are still open and who is responsible for each part. T.Reno works with homeowners, developers and larger general contractors on projects that fit its scope. Tell us whether you are planning work for your own property or looking for support within a larger project so we can have the right conversation from the start.

Connect the plan to the work in the field

Tony’s experience spans carpentry, supervision, project management and operations leadership. He understands that a schedule is only useful when the people, materials and decisions behind it line up. That perspective informs how he discusses project needs, coordinates the moving parts and anticipates questions. The aim is to make the work easier for you to follow and the responsibilities easier to understand.

Know how changes will be discussed

A clear starting scope provides a reference when something changes. You may want to adjust a finish, expand the work or respond to an existing condition uncovered during construction. We talk through the implications for cost and schedule before moving forward whenever possible. Communication is part of the work: you should have a way to ask questions and understand the next step.

Before you begin

Will I need to coordinate separate contractors myself?

We can manage different aspects of a project and coordinate trades and schedules. We will discuss the responsibilities included in your specific scope before work begins.

Do you consider smaller construction projects?

Yes. No job is too small. We do small repairs, drywall and painting, concrete patios, finished basements and handyman work. Share your list so we can discuss the scope and next step.

Can a larger general contractor contact you about project support?

Yes. Share the location, scope and the role you need filled. We’ll discuss the work and responsibilities to determine whether the project is a good fit.

How is the cost of my project determined?

We consider the full scope, materials, labor, site conditions and project requirements. The goal is a clear proposal that helps you understand the work and cost before it begins.
